We booked this hotel as part of a package before we checked this site. We were obviously quite worried after reading the current reviews. There was no need to be and I want to assure people that our stay here was thoroughly pleasant. The staff are efficient and friendly. The hotel is clean and the beds were DIVINE. I will... more

If you need personal space, privacy, considerate staff or fully cooked breakfast, do not stay at this hotel. However, if you want to be accused of stealing croissants, have the manager walk into your room while you're sleeping, have your TV turned on spontaneously at 7am, or hear other guests vomiting above you every morning, then this is the hotel... more

Two couples stayed here two years in a row, after taking a chance booking it through either Expedia or Orbitz. The standard rooms were very tiny compared to U.S. economy to mid-priced hotels/motels, and the bathrooms have been upgraded from some recent postings I've read. (They may still offer a "junior" suite, which sleeps 3, which should be a larger... more

I booked to stay at this hotel as part of a surprise trip to Paris for my husband's birthday. After booking this hotel as part of a package, I then read reviews on this site. Quite frankly I was very worried after reading some of the terrible things some people had written. However, I need not of worried. When we... more

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience; the rooms are rather small but not too small for comfort, and they are well equipped (though no tea and coffee making facilities) and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was really good, a wide selection to choose from, though busy at peak times so easier to go... more

In short this ugly hotel is grotty and unwelcoming. For a first time visitor to Paris it was a bad introduction to a good city. There's much better out there for much cheaper. It's not even in a good location- on a side street and a 5-10 minute walk to the Arc D'Triomphe (even longer to the Champs Elysees,) the... more

Now I know how rats feel in a laboratory. Sure, you can sleep; but, in such a small closet it's a bit more than claustrophobic. Thinking I could get closer to both my client and one of my fav restaurants, I picked a less expensive option and got what I paid for: 1. Spacious rooms that were advertised were only... more

The rooms are very, very small. Initally, we were given a room on the first floor next to the kitchen, but the room was so small the bathroom door would'nt open fully. Reception staff quite helpful when we asked to be moved to another room. However, the next room was on the third floor, only slightly larger and you couldn't... more

What a charming property and excellent location! A group of us stayed there for two nights on the return leg of a river barge cruise and were delighted with our experience. The rooms are comparatively large for Parisian hotels and have a boutique feel - no two are exactly the same. You're a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe... more

Fantastic Location and if you arrive by the Eurostar as we did the Taxi ride to this hotel is immense down the Champs Elysee and past the Arc de triomphe whilst glancing the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the location you can get to the Arc... more
