This hotel is brilliant. they have brilliant service, kind, polite. I stayed in the regency club and have been there 2 times before and going a third time in Feb 2009. The pool and beach is clean, fabulous service. The restaurants are lovely. The rooms are big and spacious with a lovely bathroom. i would recommend this hotel. more

The Hyatt Regency was really nice. We upgraded to the regency club which was well worth it. Regency Club provides a seperate pool and all rooms have a sea view. We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect from the wonderful beachfront and thai dining to the helpful staff. The private beach had its own amazing coral reef and we spent most days snorkelling. Our room had a sea view and was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for honeymooners and families. more
