Great value, quiet, north of South Beach, across from Carrabbas, next to Deli, short walk to beach. Made everything easily accessible. Felt safe, clean. Found free parking on street so avoided the $17/nt parking fees. Small, gym, nice lit courtyard. Pool was NOT heated. (brrrr) Room, bath were small--fine if not staying in room. No tub/shower only. The hotel has a really fancy and welcoming decoration in the lobby. And room had nice and comfortable beds. That's it! Almost every single tyle in the bathroom was broken. Stayed one night. Didn't have my reservation tho I made it thru their web site. The air conditioner is very noisy going on and off all night. Major leak in the bathroom ceiling, down the walls. Breakfast was ok. Staff not helpful. Pixs misleading, thought it was on the beach, but it isn't. more
